SineHubX respects the rights of content owners and the people depicted in content. We remove infringing material and any content that should not be online, and we act quickly on valid reports.

How to file a report

Send a notice to dmca@example.com that includes:

• the exact URL(s) of the content you want removed;
• a description of the work or the reason for removal;
• your contact details (name, email);
• a statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorized by you, the copyright owner, or the law; and
• a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

Non-consensual & illegal content

Reports of content involving minors, or of non-consensual or leaked private material, are treated as urgent. Email dmca@example.com with the URL and we will prioritize review and removal.

Counter-notice & repeat infringers

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the URL, your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief that the removal was in error. We terminate access for repeat infringers where appropriate.

Every report is reviewed by a person and eligible content is removed promptly.
